The receptionist are very rude and talk to you like if we have bothered them.... They should appreciate the patient because of us is how they get they're paycheck.... Lady's smile and be nice even if you're mad that world!!!!! It's not our fault you day or morning is not going as you had liked....
Called and asked if they could get me in today the lady gave me a 10:00 appointment and told me to get there at 9:30 to fill out paperwork. Got there at 9:30 filled everything out and got called back to a room shortly after 10. I sat in the room for over an hour and half when I went to complain they said I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes to be seen because they were over booked. These people need to learn time management and how to book accordingly!!!! WORST clinic in midland and I do NOT recommend anyone going there even if they have ALL day to wait to be seen!!!!
