Everyone is amazing and has been so helpful except Precinct 4 and that just happens to be who I need to get a hold of but thank you every single other Precinct for actually answering you phones!
I suspect there may not be one single working phone installed in the entire building. And it's literally impossible to find out their business hours without actually skipping work to physically go down there and hope you guessed the right time.
