Going back to our very first purchase in 1970, Cristiani’s has been everything a jewelry store should be. Cristiani’s is expert in acquiring beautiful inventory, making you feel welcome when you arrive by providing just the right amount of attention and standing behind what they sell. Forty-five years is a long time to patronize one store, guess we were lucky that all we had heard about Cristiani’s was absolutely true!
I initially came to Cristiani's to have a watch repaired and I did not have a good experience. I was so upset that I left a review of what took place. The next day I was contacted by Courtney, Cristiani's social media manager, and she profusely apologized for my experience and offered to do everything she could to make things right. And she did, thank you Courtney!
I walked into Christiani's Jewelers hoping to use a jewelers lens for a few seconds to look at an engagement ring that i purchased online. I walked in and said, " I bought this engagement ring online" and before i could mutter out anything else the blonde behind the counter said, " well thats your first mistake" and proceeded to treat me like i was an idiot for 1) buying some online and 2) taking it to their store so i could get a good look at it. She did not even want to talk to me.
I took a watch here to get it appraised that I got for my birthday. The staff here were very professional and did a really great job. They took a little bit longer than usual because they couldn't find the exact style. I really appreciate their dedication to make sure that they get it just right. They provided me with a much needed appraisal receipt for my insurance. They were the cheapest appraisal in town and I feel like the most professional. Other places that i called told me they would have to send it off and it would take 2 weeks, not to mention the fact that i felt talked down to on the phone. I Highly recommend this place if you want a down to earth jeweler that really cares about you!
I was thinking in my head, lady im a highly paid engineer and you work behind a counter in a jewelery store, do not belittle me. I promptly walked out and i would NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this store even though they are my neighborhood jeweler.
