Terrible costumer service it's almost impossible to get ahold of an agent. Monthly payments go up and down, you never pay the same amount and you have to verify your discounts just about every month. Just called today to cancel the agent told me I never had an account I had to login to my account to prove it. Well I've since switched to liberty mutual it was over 500 bucks cheaper for full year vs. their six months. Like a good neighbor statefarm is not there trust me.
Staff was very helpful...Agent was there interacting with customers as they walked in the door. I would recommend this agent to anyone looking for assistance with their insurance and/or bank needs.
