Excellent quality service. These ladies know what they are talking about and are prompt and courteous. I have been a customer since 2012 and I highly recommend their insurance products. I have my all my insurance policies through State Farm.

This lady and her office can never get it right. Price changes all the time, they can't put the right coverage on the right car, so many unexpected automated drafts that ARE NOT AUTHORIZED, never has any answers why, NEVER AN ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT! AND NOTHING IS EVER "COVERED" by our full coverage insurance. What am I really paying for? Your new house?! As soon as I have time I am switching insurance back to Progressive. Three years of this TERRIBLE SERVICE IS ENOUGH FOR ME. I WILL NEVER USE STATE FARM AGAIN!
I personally did not have a good experience. My rate went from 170 to 260 because i am no longer married they said. For one i never heard that and no one ever called me to tell me my rate went up. The only call i recieved was to tell me my November payment did not go through auto draft (because my card was stolen and had to cancel) and that I owe 800 by December 2?? Of course anyone is going to be upset to hear that im a full time college student who absolutely cannot afford this!! So I called and stated my complaints to Debra Pena and she was basically saying there was nothing she can do and they should may be able to give me a small discount I told her that I couldn't do that and how ridiculous this was and she said"I think you just need to handle this through corprate" and hung up on me!! So I've paid thousands to this company and get yelled at and hung up on, great customer service Debra!!!
