I was going to buy my granddaughter a membership. But I told her go to another place. This is ridiculous. How do they keep their jobs?
If I could give them no stars at all I would, they're not even worth 1. My membership expires next month and I will not be renewing. I just moved here from Arizona and needed some things from Sam's, but noticed this store is my only option here in Midland. The employees are rude and the store literally stinks. I walked out without any purchase. Very disappointed!
The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. We purchased a mattress set. I asked the Customer Service rep if we could get some help? She stared st me and asked, "With what???" I said mattresses. She had been standing there watching us look at them. Then basically told us to load them ourselves! Three women? We paid $500.00 for those mattresses. She said go to the exit and they will call someone. Arriving at the exit, the lady said she had no way to get anyone to assist us. But there was a man in the parking lot helping someone else. Yell at him. A complete stranger helped us load them.
One stop shop. We were able to stock up on our needs for home. Check out was easy. Love coming to Sam's Club.
If you are a driver delivering goods to this location be ready to sit and wait over and hour cuz no one is here to receive and sing your paperwork on the schedule time
The appearance of the store when walking in is not organized. Went specifically for steak and lobster. Lobsters we're great! When looking for nice fillet, we couldn't find any that were nice steak cut. We ask the meat guy if they had any better cuts and OH MY GOODNESS. You would of thought we were asking for a pot of gold. Needless to say we got our steaks elsewhere. He was very rude and sarcastic. I am visiting from Colorado and at our Sam's it wouldn't of been a problem. To think Texas is the state of beef . Just don't ask the butcher at Sam's for anything special. All you'll get is a bad attitude.
