Wonderful people working there and was able to find what I was looking for quickly and easily. Well stocked. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Plenty of cashiers. Very organized store.
I just had the worst online buying experience of my life. I attempted several times to purchase a computer,($1000), and no matter what, I couldn’t. I tried to “create an account” twice, and although it stated that my chosen password was of acceptable strength, it would not put the account thru. It also tried to force me to make a charitable donation to St. Jude’s which I’d did not want to make! I chose to purchase on line, because I wanted to avoid all the crazy crowds in the store, but am now so frustrated, I don’t ever want to step foot into one of their crappy places again in this, or any other lifetime. I only wish it was possible to rate them less than one star. I would like to rate them one burnt out asteroid, or hemorrhoid would be even better. I will spread the news of this dreadful experience to all my friends, family, acquaintances, and or any homeless folks, bums, or otherwise. I’m now going to check my credit card and make for sure that they didn’t steal my money or identity, just to add insult to my injury. Please don’t shop here!
Just buy an iPhone from apple save yourself the headache. It's crazy they are still in business being 2027 and to have salespeople that will lie to get ahead is just beyond me.
Haven't been in Best Buy in years. Usually the marked up prices are the reason. Unfortunately here in midland there are no apple stores and I needed an unlocked iPhone. I was informed by Montserrat that the iPhone I was purchasing was unlocked and if I wanted to switch carriers I just needed to switch the sim. Just as if I were to buy it at the Apple Store. Unfortunately I didn't do my own research and believed this salesperson trying to hit her quota.
They are stocked/stocked/stocked with lots of goods. I am sure that they will be busy from here on out, so choose your shopping time during off peak hours.
Good prices, but much of the staff is lacking in knowledge and desire to help. I have encountered some great people, but overall the store needs to focus on helping customers and not talking to each other and having a good time. There also seems to be minimal staff to help. This store used to be so great. What happened?
