understaffed wait on interior clean for 30 min only 1 young girl working doing her best. EXPRESS is not even remotely close to this place, should not be called express interior. Thirty minutes later get to window to pay for device before pulling to car wash and 2 people sitting inside office, and a smartass punk kid claims yo manager just argues. Horrible customer service, definitely will not return.
I even bragged about the service here to a new comer while waiting in the lobby. I hope they did him justice.
They always do a great job with my car. Decent price, very friendly staff, and very quick!
Been coming here years and seem they do less cleaning and to busy how they look. First of all they don't scrub the truck or SUV right. They only scrub the front and back only.! Like really! I remember I was a kids I did this before and I did the whole truck from top to bottom and the side and the tires. Every time I go threw there my tires are still dirty and some on the the side still dirty. So I have to go to another one to get it clean. To get tips is to bust your ads and clean the whole truck. Also the person cleaning and drying still don't clean right. If the kids want good tips clean right and move faster and bust your butt that's how you get tips.also notice this place don't get busy anymore like it did in the past.know I now why they lost customer.
Most of the time I'm pleased, but even after I asked if they wiped the inside of my windows, they said they had. BUT...someone did not do their job on the passenger side of my vehicle. Therefore, they only get 3 stars this time.
Their system really isn't good. The stages of the wash aren't spread out enough. Left soap everywhere. Went through a 2nd time and still have bugs on windshield and soap and dirt on the back if my vehicle. I will not be using them again.
