But it's the only one with free vacuums and towel dry. The car wash is broke down about 50% of the time. At any given time, you don't get the bubbles and soap or the scrubbers won't work. If your looking for a mediocre cash wash, this is the place. Can't believe it costs $60 for a pass that only works half the time. They finally have some good people to dry your car.
This car wash is very disappointing.
I called corporate and spoke to a very kind woman in customer service, she took my name and number and said she would have the manager call me back immediately. Which he did, however, he was as uncaring and dismissive as the first lady I talked to. And he told me that they couldn't get the tag lights out of the housing, but if I could get them out myself, they would do the inspection. Well, yes, I got them out myself, but no I won't bring you my car.
So, thank you, mighty wash for wasting my time and losing another customer.
Went in for an oil change and inspection. Was told approximately a 30 minute wait. Waited over an hour. Annoying, but not really that big of a deal.
When I got there I was told 35 minutes. I thought that was awesome. After an hour I thought what the hell is going on. I asked the blue haired girl and she said it is has been ready the whole time and they didn't tell her it was ready. So playing on her phone was more important than the business. After paying the outrageous cost of the oil change I had to drive my vehicle through the wash which is where I'm writing this review. For the terrible service the washer didn't get tipped, sorry guys, your better off finding some where else to go.
Honestly because I work here. The lube offers fast services for a reasonable price. We offer mechanical work as well. The wash is just as amazing. Offer monthly fast passes to get in and out service.
However not being told that my vehicle didn't pass the inspection is unacceptable. I'm not from here, I'm not used to inspections or the required paperwork. Go down to the annex to get my vehicle registered, no go cuz I don't have the paperwork. Not even on the receipt that they did an inspection. So I call and speak to a woman, she tells me I didn't have one done. I say I specifically requested one and even watch him check the box on their little intake form, so why wasn't it done, and she says the guy who did it said it failed. So why wasn't I told it failed? Her response "its not my fault, they usually tell me when they come in. It was bad communication" when I start to ask why it failed she tells me to be quiet. So I let her finish with her coworker and then I ask again why it failed. She says the tag lights were out and a brake light is loose. Ok, fine. Easy fix. And so I ask about the paperwork, she says we don't give you that so we don't have to charge you. Um... well if you can't communicate properly, perhaps you should just charge people the money instead of wasting their time.
I have been coming to Mighty Wash since I moved here in 2014. Not very experience has been amazing but they've all been great. My experience today has been outstanding. I purchased the super wash with interior detail. My car came out looking wonderful from both options. The car wash has been slowed down so that they're not sending tons of cars through at once and I think that has helped a lot. Try not to let all the negative reviews detour you. They are making changes. Give it a chance.
