They don't listen do what you want they do what they want to do and charge you the same in labor as they do for parts. I took my car in and told them to do what they had to do to fix it cuz I had to have my car and an air conditioner my car left without an air conditioner and no AC condenser not even the old one was put back on. And it was there for over a week
Complete joke. They will misdiagnose, charge you, and not stand by their work. Never fixed the problem but claim they did.
Worse place to go in Midland. They lie to you about their ability to fix your problem. Their staff has a lack of knowledge and know how to trouble shoot. Wouldn't trust them with a oil change. I wouldn't leave them 1 star but your required.
Plain horrible!! The quality work is no longer with this place. They cannot fix anything right. They tell you it will be done at a certain time and its more like double or near triple the time when there done with your vehicle. They wont even bother to call you to give you a heads up or anything . If you want your vehicle to be there forever and not even fixed right, go there!
