The owner and staff were very attentive and quick to help diagnose and solve our issue. I chose to stay and wait in the waiting room, and was very pleased to be given periodic updates on the progress of the work being done while I was there. We will definitely be back in the future!
This place is a rip off DO NOT bring your vehicle here. $504 to replace an alternator on a grand marquis is absolutely ridiculous. Yes they had to tow it which was $100 and I understand the cost for towing but come on a brand new alternator for a grand marquis cost $75 and doesn’t take long to put on. If only my uncle had called me to replace it I would have done it myself instead of having them take it to this place and get ripped off.
I can't say enough great things about Christian Brothers in Midland. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, quick, nice, and above all else trustworthy. They've just upgraded their diagnostics system, so it's an even quicker turnaround! Thanks for the hard work, guys!
The entire staff is polite, professional, and honest. Their service was performed correctly the first time and in a timely manner. Courtesy shuttle service was icing on the cake. I would be suprised to find a better shop around.
