Employee opening the shop was over an hour and a half late. I was late to work because they slept in. I will not be using this place again.
This place is a joke! It'd be nice for someone to actually answer the phone when trying to make an appointment...just go to Avis!
Love Sears auto. Best shop in town if I ever have issues with my vehicle I can always trust them to do it right, fast and fair price.
No stars for this place... I bought a set of tires from Sears earlier this yr. One is defective and needs to be replaces. Well the tire center/automotive has been closed for several weeks due to no manager on duty or lack of a manager to run the dept. I call to speak to "some" manager and girl on phone tells me that no one can help me the her manager standing next to her will tell me the same thing. So I request to speak to the manager and guess what. Phone goes dead. I call back ring ring ring no answer. I call from my cell # and I someone "Billy" picks up. I request a manager and he tells me that there are no managers on duty. When I explain that previous person just told me that she had a manager standing next to her before she hung up... He puts me on hold... Still on hold as I type...
"Bottom Line" a bunch of lazy asses just trying to get a free pay ck.
Bunch of lazy people working here get there at 5 and tell me it's too late to take my car cause they close at 6 call to file a complaint and they hang up on me ..... Will never do business there again
