I paid close to $13,000 for an engine and transmission swap. And he took almost 2 months to do it! When I got a car back I had a broken power steering hose which I had to pay to get fixed. Small connections were broken and my oxygen sensor wires were just hanging below my vehicle. I also had a knock sensor error code show up the next week and the mechanic said "its no big deal" and did not even offer to fix it after I just paid him for a new engine and transmission. Now 8 months later I am getting misfires from my knock sensor being bad and I have to get them replaced which is a very expensive job. I also had to hound him and autozone for the warranty paperwork for my engine and transmission. This is not a business I would recommend to anybody.
