Good service and experience overall. I was told two days for my car and it took 3, so it would've been nice to get a call to let me know it wouldn't be ready on Day 2, but I wasn't expecting them to either. Car was returned cleaned and in good shape.
Worst experience ever . Took my Mercedes S5 50 there just for a bumper I did a terrible job and scratch my quarter panel . It seems like it's all about the money and not quality are good service . Had to take my car somewhere else to get fixed right and going to have to sue the The body shop for repairs on my quarter panel . Because I would not let them touch my car .
worst bodyshop ever, wont return your calls or call you back, cheap estimates so they can pocket money, all they care is about money and not customers, they suck, would not reccomend this shop to anyone.
Horrible service and very poor craftsman ship. If you want primer sprayed on random parts of your vehicle, dash lights on that shouldn't be on. Then go platinum collision. If you want a quality paint repair done and customer service. Go else where! I understand that no one is perfect. But even after pointing out the obvious flaws in their work. They told me they wouldn't fix their mistakes.
Been doing business with platinum for years have had dozens of vehicles repaired never had a issue, every repair comes out O.E. quality !
