We love this place! Truly a gem here in Midland, TX. The daily specials always vary, and every one we have tried has been delicious, as well as nutritious. The prices and portions are reasonable-- we've never left with an empty stomach or an empty wallet. The atmosphere is so pleasant, and the food is always fresh and yummy, not to mention healthy!
