Perfect atmosphere for lunch and plant browsing
Went earlier today to look around. The ladies working outside in the nursery were very nice, friendly and helpful. On the other hand as we arrived an older "gentleman" and I do use the term loosely...impatiently drove in front of us in a small forklift or some contraption. We had to move out of "his way" , he did not wait for us to enter the nursery area. Not so much as an excuse me, thank you or a wave. Then when it was time to pay the cashier had a conversation going with another employee that was bringing plants in. No one greeted us, did you find everything you needed, thank you for shopping, please come again....so much for customer service....this customer WON'T be returning.
Very large selection; usually an employee can be readily found.
We always use Alldredge Gardens for all of our plants, trees and supplies, we even have our firewood delivered from them. We have never encountered anything but good, friendly, helpful customer service. I recommend them to all my friends and anytime I get a chance to anyone asking where to go.
