Chase is an awful place to bank. They will never help take care of what needs to be done, tellers make things difficult and lie about fund availability. They make it impossible to be a happy customer. Leaving Chase and won't recommend them to anyone.

Made an appointment one week in advance due to not being able to make it on the weekdays, only to show up early and they give my time slot to a walk up 5 minutes before my appointment.
Too slow in the drive thru, and one line always goes faster than the other.
