Bank looked a little deserted
I would have to agree with James on his opinion of this bank. I don't bank here, but I have tried before to set up an account. While the entire lobby was empty aside from myself and 2 other customers I could see employees sitting in their offices occupying themselves with work other than promptly helping customers. I waited to see if anyone would even notice after I had put my name on the guest log. After waiting for about 20 minutes in this empty lobby I decided to just mark myself off of the list and leave. Customer care here is basically non existent. Don't waste your time going here. I would choose a much smaller bank or credit union since I can be in and out in less than five minutes with my task accomplished.
