The staff is always extremely helpful and even sends an email with a picture of your basket so you can know what you sent. This is a great gift idea for those who don't want to send flowers.
I've been in Dallas for the last two years and have relied on the Gourmet Peddler to deliver goodies to my both of my parents on their birthdays and Mother/Father's Day. Neither of them have ever been disappointed and have always raved about the treats within the basket.
