Customer service was unsatisfactory, lady was rude and really awkward.
It was too sweet. The smash cake wasn't butter cream either. They put his name on the smash cake instead of the big cake. I called spoke to I think 3 different people. I spent 146. Dollars on this cake. Never again. Just seemed like they didn't care. I didn't ask for any money back until we tried it and it was not butter cream. The lady said yes it was that's all they use. She was wrong!! But she didn't admit it or say sorry. I just hung up. No more business from me or my friends. Live & learn I guess!!
Walked into the store & spoke with an employee who assured us that the cake would be incredible.
I ordered a paw patrol cake for my son's 1st bday. I asked for butter cream. It was not. I called also to say the cake looked like a kid did it. Wasn't the right blue. I could let all that go but no one wanted to eat it be

My husband and I paid a ton of money to have the cake of my son's dreams made for his third birthday. An avengers themed cake.
Their cupcakes were fine, nothing spectacular. Tasted like a regular old box mix, except I paid $3 for it.
This was the worst bubble tea I've ever had in my life. Bubbles were hard and tasted old, or like they haven't been soaked properly. Tea had a weird powdery taste. Wasn't good at all.
I've read through a few of the reviews posted and completely agree with a few comments made regarding picking up the ordered cake and being completely DISAPPOINTED! The cake we received was ridiculously put together. SLOPPY. Anyone looking at the cake could tell it was thrown together in a rush. Details are completely off. Not what we asked for. Fondant molding looks like it was done by my toddler himself! Needless to say my son's party was ruined due to what was supposed to be the focal point of his birthday party being UGLY AS HELL. We will never spend our hard earned money at this store again & urge others not to do so either. Obviously we were not refunded. Not happy. Customer service, as we see, is not important at all to "fix it with frosting".
Cupcakes for my daughter's baby shower were cute, but expensive & tasted very below standard..threw many away.
