Extremely upset. My 2 mini yorkies have gone here few times and its been ok not great but ok. But yesterday they were taken in asked for a lil trim around their face but not really touch their coats bc it's getting cold. They butchered them, cut them on their back with their clippers. They look absolutely awful. Khloe has been growing her face hair for 3 years always had cute lil pony tails on top of her head and now i can't even lift ANY hair not even half an inch. They have hardly any hair at all. And they came home with bandanas on i guess to hide the spots that were cut. absolutely worst experience ever. And paid over $100 for them you lol like this I'm so upset. After reading reviews its pointless tho contact owner bc it seems he's very rude and don't care so i just will never ever return. I can't even look at my babies without getting so upset. Yorkies are NOT supposed to be almost completely bald
This place is overpriced! I called on the phone and the person told me it would be $50 for a wash (no cut). When I arrived they told me it was actually $60. They washed my dog and cut her nails. Period. When I asked about furminating they said it would be extra. Grinding the nails is extra. This is insane for a dog wash a partial dry.
They cut our dog with their brushes and he got an infection with puss. We ended up having to shave him and treat him for the infection. It's not clearing up and we'll have to take him to the vet. The owner was confrontational and refused to help. I would not recommend taking your dog there. Their instruments carry infectious diseases and they don't do a thorough job. They have lost a loyal customer and we'll have to let our vet know to not recommend them. Stay away if you care for your dog.
Friendly and reasonably priced. Local family owed business! Groomers did a great job on our miniature schnauzers.
My dog has a lot of hair. I know this so I don't mind paying $100 for grooming if the job is done right. He smelled pretty good as he came out but a few days later he started getting running sores at high points like vertebrae and hip joints. The brush they used on him had bacteria on it and it was introduced into his skin at the high points where the brush scratched him. Infection control is tough, I understand that but at least stand by your product if you make A mistake. A week later he started stinking again. He is an indoor dog and only spends short periods out. This alone is unacceptable for $100 job. The sore on his hip didn't respond to treatment so I had to shave it to get at it better. When I calmly brought this to the owner's attention he was confrontational and rude. Up until now we were loyal customers that bought expensive dog food from them for our 4 large dogs. This didn't have to go this way but he is incredibly short sighted and has lost a lot of re-occurring business by treating me poorly. It'll be interesting to see how long they last treating people this way.
