I decided to give this spa another chance as I understand people have good and bad days. On my second visit the lady performing my pedicure cut my toe and it was very sore for several days. I tried to all the management but was not able to connect with a manager to tell them about my experience. I will not be returning to this spa and I would not recommend to anyone.
It was just a really relaxing experience. I mean relaxing. I had a facial, massage and pedicure. The place was clean, staff friendly and just awesome.
I have been to this spa on two occasions for a pedicure. Both visits I was not very impressed with the service.

Woodhouse Day Spa is by far one of my favorite places to go when I want an escape in town. I've had various massages and facials and have never walked away disappointed.
On my first visit the lady who was doing my pedicure was having an emotional breakdown and badgered me about how hard her life is because she isn't white like me. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.
