They have wonderful and healthy hot meals, to go or you can eat at the tables provided there. Hot soups, cold salads with all the fixings. Great food and super friendly and helpful employee's. My husband and I love Market Street!!!
I love this place employees are always very attentive and caring I go in here at least 4-5 times a day some already know me by name or if not they always say hi I love the Starbucks crew Mr Johnathan is amazing always gives great customer service already know what I like and is great with my little girl always talks to her since she loves to talk hehe.. thank you markets street employees!!
P.S---My final straw was after purchasing lettuce, getting it home to find it was infected with bugs throughout. My time is very important and when buying food, I expect the store throw bad food away and not sell it to it's patrons.
I'm a huge fan of HEB, but today I was overly impressed with the service and the store in general. I was really surprised at how nice and clean the store was and how nice and helpful ALL the employees interacted with were. Thank you.
This store use to be my favorite store to shop at, well that is until the fishy smell took over and the produce section went to hell. Once you leave the produce section, by the way is just gross and I have thrown a ton of food away, you walk right into a fish smell that will knock you down. Its just gross and the managers do nothing about it. This store was once a great place to buy food, but now the managers have become lazy and allow their employees to not do their jobs. So sad to have to move on another, Market Street use to be the store to shop at, NO MORE.
UPDATE. SEE BELOW Some of the employees seem to have an us vs. them attitude. I'm a 70 year old handicapped woman. I feel I've been bullied, threatened, and disrespected by a young male employee over 80 cent credit for wearing a team jersey.. I've also seen supervisors being super critical and abusive over minor things to other employees. Won't happen again, not shopping there again. I RECEIVED A REPLY FROM THE OWNER REQUESTING AN EMAIL WITH DETAILS....TO WHOM AND WHERE DO I SEND IT, WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO DO THIS OVER THE PHONE?
