They called me to get another form of payment. I gave them the same information as I had originally, and it "miraculously" worked. I ordered the largest arrangement of the selection I made and the smallest of another was delivered. The flowers looked weak & some were broken.

I ordered an arrangement ($80.00) for my aunts funeral. I called it in myself and specifically asked if the arrangement would look like the picture and I was assured YES, IT WOULD. The person I talked to even ask the florist if the flowers were available.....PINK or WHITE. She told her YES. First of all, it didn't even get to the church for the funeral, but thankfully it made it in time for the meal afterwards. Second, After asking for PINK or WHITE, I got yellow. Next, the gladiolas were not near open, but I thought MAYBE they would be open for the burial the next day. NO they never opened while at the burial site. I live out of town and I have learned my lesson. YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR. WILL NOT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.
I received flowers from this store recently and after two days I decided to call and find out how long the guarantee was on their flowers because my vase with four roses had completely wilted. The woman who answered the phone sounded nice enough until I asked her if there was any guarantee she got upset. She then asked me why I needed to know. Eventually she told me the "guarantee" was for 24 hours! I have never come across a florists that has a guarantee that short. The H-E-B in town has a guarantee of 3 days! On top of all that my husband spent over $60 on four of their pathetically guaranteed roses. Never ever buying from this store again and I would never recommend them.
I have used Fancy Flowers for over 15 years for every occasion and have always enjoyed the utmost in courteous and professional service. The owner and her staff have always gone above and beyond in their arrangements and school event flowers for my son. I will continue to use them for many years to come.
