Excellent service. Found the toy I was looking for. Got directed to the place where it was at. Great job to both persons that help me. Prices are ok but they do have a lot of stuff in stock.
The guy that helped me was fantastic! He was very patient with my kids having to pick out a bike from the selection they had in the back. He would take pictures and concentrate one one kid at a time. I don't know how many tiñe he went to the back to take pictures and show the kids all the options available. He was great.
Typical Toy's R Us store. Like any other retail store in the area, they are usually short staffed so the checkout lines can get pretty long during busy times.
They had just what I wanted and half of it was on sale. Saw a couple of sales people but no one asked me if I needed help. Check out was fast and there was no line.
Great selection of reasonably priced toys. However, checkout was a nightmare. Had one checkout stand open with a long line to checkout. Finally a second line opened up. The management was evidently not paying attention.
