We spend over an hour playing pool and waiting the entire time for someone to come over and at the very least acknowledging our presence. The place was not very busy and there was plenty of staff but I guess they were too busy on their phones or smoking a cigarette to bother with the customers. I feel that the lack of management on duty that night was the main reason for us deciding to take our business elsewhere. I'm just glad that we have more than enough options available that we don't have to put up with this kind of horrible service.
Good food waiter not so good
I don't rate this a 5 star bar because it's a great place to drink. The rating is because their pizza is awesome and they serve food until 2am. My wife and I usually drink somewhere else and then stop by for some food before they close. It's awesome. Definitely better than Whataburger at 2am. My wife loves their chicken wraps.
Friendly service, great Chiltons! The bar food is fresh and tasty. Recommended for a place to go when there's not much to do.
My husband and I go there at least once a month and have never had a negative experience until last night.
