A night and day difference in comparison to the awful experience I had in the Odessa Branch. Would definitely take the extra time driving just for the service.

I have never in my life come across so many intellectually inept women. Maybe you could all get on the same page, but why would you want to convenience people like that when you can continue to provide them with the incorrect information so they can continue to return 3 or 4 times to simply acquire registration. This really should come as no surprise to anyone as it is Midland and quality service is non existent in this pathetic excuse for a city. Just a thought, but maybe you should realize it's the 21st century, not the 1950's. Technology is a wonderful convenience, possibly start with an email address, I suppose you would have to actually employee people with a relative level of competence for that to happen.

Rude and I'm now going to have to make a third trip because the first woman didn't take the time to tell me everything I needed to go. The second woman was rude and made faces at another clerk at having to answer questions. Horrible service.
